Our Story

Straightline Performance was established in 2003. Having appeared on Speed Channel's highly rated "Pinks" twice, and various other racing DVDs such as Scandalous Racing's "You Got the Hit," Straightline Performance has become the choice for those wanting serious power with the time slips to prove it!

Straightline Performance occupies 6800sqft of shop space in New Lenox Illinois, just 15 minutes from Chicagoland's premier racing facilities, Route 66 Raceway and Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet.

We currently have an in ground Mustang MD-1100SE Chasis Dynamometer. We have the ability to tune your domestic EFI car or truck from the mid 80's to present day. Whether you have a diesel truck and want better economy, an off the showroom floor Corvette, or a full fledged race car we can tune your car. Our current software includes HPTuners, SCT Advantage, Diablo Sport CMR, Tuner Cats, BigStuff3, F.A.S.T., Holly Commander, and Painless InGenius. If you don't see what you need, give us a call.

We are here to do ALL of your installs/custom work as well. We have built/worked on everything from your average street car to 1000+hp racecars, and although we are primarily a "Domestic" shop, we have built a few fast imports as well.

Most importantly though, you can rest assured that when you bring your car in, be it for an oil change or a full build, we will treat it as if it were our own. Cars are our passion, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you come into the shop and leave happy.
